Students should order before Friday 19 December to receive their ticket in time for travel when the window opens in the New Year.

Please note: Friday 19 December 2025 is both Royal Mail’s final posting date before Christmas and the last working day for London Northwestern Railway & West Midlands Railway’s Student Ticketing Team before the festive break. Orders placed after this date will not be dispatched until the week commencing Monday 5 January 2026.
