A new initiative designed to help organisations better understand and support the mental health of their workforce has been launched by CWW Mind.

The Workplace Partnership programme offers employers across Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire a practical and measurable way to improve workplace wellbeing while strengthening organisational performance.  Created specifically for local businesses, the programme helps employers move beyond policy and turn employee insight into meaningful action.

At the heart of the Workplace Partnership is a confidential employee wellbeing survey that helps organisations understand how their people are really feeling. The results are analysed and presented in a detailed report highlighting strengths, risks, and priority areas for improvement.

From there, businesses receive tailored guidance and support from CWW Mind’s workplace wellbeing specialists, alongside access to resources, events, training and services designed to improve staff wellbeing and the workplace environment.

The programme also provides access to WorkWell, an early-intervention support service that helps employees manage workplace challenges before they escalate.

For employers, the Workplace Partnership provides a structured and practical way to realise those benefits.  Importantly, the programme is not designed as an HR compliance exercise. Instead, it acts as a platform for insight, culture change and measurable improvement, helping organisations embed wellbeing into everyday working practices.

The Workplace Partnership is available in four flexible packages, allowing organisations to choose the level of support that suits their size and needs.  By joining the programme, businesses are also directly supporting the work of CWW Mind in the local community.

Members of the Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce are being invited to become some of the first organisations to join the new initiative, with CWW Mind offering an exclusive discount of 15% for current Chamber members.

Participating businesses will not only strengthen their own workplace culture but also demonstrate a commitment to improving mental health across their own communities.
