Sunny Claire is an experienced Export Advisor with over 15 years of expertise in delivering international trade and innovation programmes. He began his career leading the West Midlands delivery of the Enterprise Europe Network—the world’s largest business support network—focusing on helping SMEs expand within the European Union and scale globally.

Since then, Sunny has supported hundreds of SMEs across the West Midlands, offering expert guidance in developing export strategies, enhancing innovation capacity, securing funding and finance, and navigating international market expansion. He also provides mentoring and coaching support on key areas such as intellectual property management and business growth.

Sunny represents the UK within the European Commission’s Enterprise Europe Network Mobility Sector Group, collaborating with EU sector experts to foster international partnerships and innovation. He has successfully led numerous trade and innovation missions across Europe and Asia, with a recent focus on India—helping businesses identify R&D, export, and collaboration opportunities in emerging global markets.
