With over 15 years at the Chamber, Keely has extensive experience in managing publicly funded projects, ranging from £50k to over £1 million. Skilled in translating bids into actionable deliverables, Keely excels in resource planning, contract management, and motivating teams to meet project goals while delivering high-quality services.
Prince2 qualified, Keely is adept at managing risks, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Her work on the LSIP contract, in collaboration with Birmingham and Black Country Chamber, highlights her ability to develop effective strategies and work with a wide range of stakeholders to support business growth across the region.
