In just four years, Kieran has gone from dedicated PE Teacher to becoming the driving force behind Guardian Ballers CIC, combining innovation, purpose and leadership to create opportunities that transform lives and communities. Guardian Ballers, based in Coventry, is a youth mental and emotional wellbeing organisation that has already impacted over 3,000 lives and grown into a thriving business with an impressive £200,000 turnover.
