Key Responsibilities.
- Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants.
- Provide detailed information about the properties including features, benefits and surrounding amenities.
- Answer any questions and address concerns from potential buyers and tenants.
- Gather feedback from viewings and report to the sales team.
- Assist in preparing properties for viewings, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market and current listings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Ensure all viewings are conducted in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of the local property market is a plus.
- Smart, personable with a professional demeanour
- Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
