Key Responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls and receiving visitors to the office.
- Registering applicants, owners and properties
- Matching applicants' requirements to available stock.
- Booking viewings, arranging viewing diary, confirming viewings and liaising with applicants/ potential purchasers post-viewing.
- Communicating viewing feedback to clients.
- Acting as a point of contact within the hoffice for clients, applicants and potential purchasers.
- Negotiating sales and leasing deals and monitoring/progressing to completion - (with surveyor/agent support as required).
- Undertaking anti-money laundering checks, credit checks and referencing.
- General department administration and other general duties as the business requires
Knowledge/experience
- Previous property experience preferred
