Key Responsibilities:

• Managing own caseload all, handle a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Transfers of equity.
• Re-mortgages.
• New-build transactions.
• Shared ownership and right-to-buy matters.
• You will also work closely with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide expert advice and ensure transactions progress smoothly.
• Being proactive in driving matters forward and keeping clients, colleagues and stakeholders well-informed of progress.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Develop/support junior members of the team
