FREE 4-Week Workshop

Eligibility:

• Startup businesses in Warwickshire
• Operating for less than 24 months
• Must be registered with a UTR or on Companies House

Venue:

• The Shakespeare Hospice, Church Lane, Shottery, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 9UL

Workshop Schedule

Session 1 BOOST Your Business- in person group event at The Shakespeare Hospice, Stratford Upon Avon

• Tuesday 24th Sept | 11-3pm
• Business 360: Planning and Goal Setting
• Gain a comprehensive overview of business planning and goal setting to lay a strong foundation for your startup.

Session 2 BOOST Your Marketing- in person group event at The Shakespeare Hospice, Stratford Upon Avon

• Tuesday 1st October | 11-3pm
• Discover the secrets to successful marketing strategies that will elevate your brand and attract customers. 
• Come away from this session with the beginnings of a marketing plan.

Session 3 BOOST ONLINE: Financial Planning Workshop

• Wednesday 9^th October | 9:30am-1pm
• Financial Planning Workshop
• Learn to manage your finances effectively with expert guidance, ensuring your business is financially sound

Session 4 BOOST Your Sales & Business Round-Up- in person group event at The Shakespeare Hospice, Stratford Upon Avon

• Tuesday 15th October | 11-3pm
• Gain sales techniques & strategies for your business
• A talk from a Local Business Insights Speaker
• Informal networking with other local businesses
• Certificate presentation

PARKING:

Please note there is limited parking directly inside the Hospice area, however there is a pay and display carpark at the neighbouring church, there is access to the Hospice through the wooden gate- PLEASE NOTE the parking ticket machine only excepts change.
