One of our flagship sites is the Friargate development.  Work started in 2014 on the £59 million professional quarter located adjacent to the city's mainline railway station which has the potential to create 15,000 new jobs once completed.  Coventry City Council, E.on, Octopus Energy, Ofqual, CAFCASS and The Financial Ombudsman are all located at Friargate which build momentum for future speculative construction.

The city is already home to companies such as Severn Trent, Jaguar Land Rover, Peugeot Citreon, Coventry Building Society and Barclays Bank.
