It is the 47th restaurant in the collection and promises to bring its signature blend of high-quality food, exceptional service and elegant all-day dining experience to the town centre.  

The new brasserie will be just a short walk from the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and joins a flourishing food and drink scene, offering all-day dining, seven days a week.

From breakfasts and brunches to evening dining, the restaurant will create a vibrant and welcoming experience with seating for 154 diners.

An outdoor terrace, with seating for 12 additional guests, will also provide a space for alfresco drinks and dining.   

General manager Richard Chiswell and head chef Marc Chiong will be at the helm of the new restaurant and both bring previous experience from The Ivy Temple Row Brasserie in Birmingham.
