The digital giant will form part of the Learning Lab at the Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce’s relaunched business expo, #CWROCKS, which takes place at the Ricoh Arena on Friday, 9 March 2018.
The Chamber has partnered with the Digital Garage, delivered by Google, which is a digital skills training platform designed to assist companies in growing their business, career and confidence, online.
A Google digital expert will deliver a Learning Lab session to teach firms what is needed to gain a competitive advantage in the ever-changing digital landscape.
It’s all part of the new look Chamber expo which, as well as offering the opportunity to exhibit and network, is staging a Learning Lab, sponsored by WCG Apprenticeships, to help companies pick up information and tips to help them grow their business.
Chris Nagle, Events & Marketing Manager at the Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce, said: “The idea behind #CWROCKS is to give companies across the region the chance to exhibit, to network and to develop new relationships with fellow businesses across the area.
“But we wanted to give the whole expo a fresh and exciting new feel and to offer something different to businesses.
“The Learning Lab is very much part of that and we are delighted to be partnering with Google to share its expertise with everyone who attends.
“So it won’t just be a case of coming prepared to exchange business cards – it’s going to be a fantastic opportunity to listen, engage and learn!”
