Rob Arnold, Founder and CEO of Ascendea, said: "Being recognised by a global AI platform validates what we have been building here in Warwick. We are proving that small, agile businesses in the Region can compete on a global stage when they adopt AI intelligently."
The case study highlights several achievements, including the generation of 303 Standard Operating Procedures in a single day, automated merger and acquisition prospecting across multiple industries, and the delivery of complex client projects using AI-powered workflows. Ascendea, which was founded in March 2025, provides AI-powered CRM, automation, and consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses across the UK.
The company is also designing and delivering the Ignite Applied AI Lab at the University of Warwick Science Park, an eight-module programme launching this autumn to help regional businesses adopt AI effectively and responsibly.
Arnold added: "Our mission is to make advanced AI accessible to businesses that do not have large technology budgets or in-house development teams. This feature demonstrates that the approach works and that Coventry and Warwickshire is producing genuine innovation in the AI space."
