This workshop will help delegates to develop their marketing strategies by understanding their target audience, the various elements of how a marketing strategy needs to fit together to work, their time constraints and how to keep customers once they have been secured.

Experienced business mentors will be available to support you as you start your new business. They’ll provide advice around producing an effective business plan, impartial advice around the viability of your business idea and help you with your marketing strategy. You will also receive useful guidance around pricing and costing, cash-flow forecasting and profit and loss analysis
**Once you have attended your first workshop you will be contacted by a business mentor to arrange a 1:1 advice session. (Eligibility rules apply)
