Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce have been awarded, by Warwickshire County Council, to deliver a start-up support service across the whole county of Warwickshire:
The service includes a range of workshops and one-to-one coaching, the support is funded by the European Regional Development Fund on behalf of Warwickshire County Council.

Tuesday November 14 - Althorpe Enterprise Hub in Leamington we will be running free seminars from midday until 1pm and then again from 2pm until 3pm.
The seminar, entitled ‘How to build and grow a successful new business’ will give an insight into the support available to people across Coventry and Warwickshire.
Thursday, November 16 - The final event of the week is at the Mercure Brandon Hall Hotel & Spa. The Chamber’s enterprise team will be exhibiting at the Little Black Dress Ladies Evening from 7pm until 10pm on the topic of turning a hobby into a business
This workshop will help delegates to consider and map out their vision for the new business and then consider the various strategies that they will need to achieve their vision.
Winning & Keeping Customers
This workshop will help delegates to develop their marketing strategies by understanding their target audience, the various elements of how a marketing strategy needs to fit together to work, their time constraints and how to keep customers once they have been secured.
The business planning process, starting with cash flow management.

Our workshops are currently funded therefore there is no cost to attend.

Experienced business mentors will be available to support you as you start your new business. They’ll provide advice around producing an effective business plan, impartial advice around the viability of your business idea and help you with your marketing strategy. You will also receive useful guidance around pricing and costing, cash-flow forecasting and profit and loss analysis
**Once you have attended your first workshop you will be contacted by a business mentor to arrange a 1:1 advice session. (Eligibility rules apply)
