West Midlands Graduate Placement Options 2009 Business Survey
Advantage West Midlands is actively seeking ways to help businesses combat the effects of the recession. One option under consideration is a scheme for graduates to work in companies on an unpaid placement; giving businesses an extra pair of hands to help, for example, with business diversification or marketing to new customers. The graduates would gain much needed work experience that will help them apply for graduate jobs in a tough market.
