Business is Good for Women
There has been a great deal of talk about women in business recently on the back of the recent announcement by David Cameron that he wants to set quotas for the number of women in the boardroom.
I am not particularly comfortable with that idea because I believe you should get to a certain position on merit not to make up the numbers.
